The Crestview Modern (Boulder)

Scope: Tier 3: Complete Installation, 1.5 Acre Estate Focus: Architectural Integration, Fire Mitigation, and Seamless Indoor/Outdoor Flow.

This project, surrounding a newly constructed Mountain Modern estate, requires precision engineering to integrate the angular, concrete architecture with the natural, sloping landscape. We utilize stacked indigenous rock walls and terraced planting beds to manage run-off and mitigate fire risk. The plant palette features structural, low-water shrubs (like Dwarf Mountain Mahogany and Blue Grama Grass) selected for their elegant form and resilience. The result is a serene, low-maintenance landscape that extends the minimalist aesthetic of the home into the high-altitude environment.
